Research Poster Submission

NOTE: The abstract submission deadline has been extended until Wednesday, January 15, 2020 or until we hit max capacity, whichever comes first.

A research poster is open to College of Medicine faculty and their collaborators. Depending on the number of submissions, we may have to limit the number of accepted posters.

A 4'H x 6'W poster board will be provided. Please submit the following information about your research poster.

  • * The senior author must be UF faculty
  • Enter the Gatorlink Username of the Senior Author
  • Select the department of the Senior Author
  • Must be a ufl.edu email address
  • Enter the title in sentence case. Do not put the title in quotation marks, do not use all caps, do not add a period at the end of your title.
    Example: Researchers are making big discoveries at UF
  • Enter first and last name of each author only, no middle initials, no degree titles, and place the senior author last.
    Example: John Smith, Susan Jones, Mark White, Holly Young
  • Enter the text of your abstract (no character limit). Plain text only, no tables, lists, etc.
    The abstract will be published in the mobile app for the event. If you wish to opt out of publishing your abstract in the mobile app, please contact Todd Barnash.
  • Please list up to five keywords for your abstract, separated by commas. These will be searchable in the mobile app.
  • The person responsible for presenting the poster.
    Both the senior author and the presenter will receive correspondence regarding the poster session.
