Procedure for assigning space
- Space Request Form must be filled out documenting the needs for space (either space for new faculty or re-allocation of current space for existing faculty) and their justification.
- Evaluation—Office of Research Affairs will review all request forms in the order they are received to be presented to the Space Committee. Space Committee will evaluate both current space and future needs of the requesting group.
- After Review Decision, the requesting group, department chair, department administrator as well as the building coordinator, will be notified.
